TotalVac is a Better Business Bureau accredited business and has a 45 day return policy on Buy.com.
TotalVac.com started over 12 years ago when my wife and I were given an Electrolux canister vacuum from her mom. Getting vacuum bags was a hassle. Every time we needed vacuum bags the local vacuum shop owner would come to our house and would try to sell us a new vacuum. He would throw dirt on the carpet and do the whole sales pitch. All we wanted was vacuum bags.
I thought there had to be a better way. After finding some generic Electrolux bags I thought other people would be interested in buying vacuum bags instead of driving to a vacuum shop. Maybe they would buy them on this new invention called the World Wide Web. I registered a domain vacuumcleanersupplies.com in 1996 and put one page up on it that said "fill out this form and mail us a check and we will send you vacuum bags". (It was before credit cards were used online.) Well it took off and in 2000 we switched our name to TotalVac.com.

TotalVac's 10,000 square foot warehouse is located at 2 De Bush Ave, Unit 8-9, in Middleton, Massachusetts.
